Dear Reader, Welcome to the fourth volume of Issue 2 of the UQEB. In this issue, we present highlights on from the National TB prevaence survey, Uganda Population Based HIV Impact Assessment (UPHIA) mysterious deaths caused by consumption of adulterated alcohol, and a falsely reported cluster of tumors among others. These studies generated evidence and results which will be used to inform planning and interventions in the country and beyond.
