Hildah Tendo Nansikombi is an epidemiologist and currently, a trainer with the Intermediate-Field Epidemiology Training Program at the Uganda National Institute of Public Health (UNIPH). She completed Advanced-Field Epidemiology Training with the Uganda Public Health Fellowship Program.  She holds a Master of science in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics with a background in Medical Laboratory Science.

Prior to joining UNIPH, Hildah served in various capacities as a laboratory scientist and public health specialist. She brings expertise in disease surveillance methods, outbreak investigation, project implementation, data management, data analysis, research methods, training and mentorship of health workers. She has also published a number of scientific articles in epidemiology and public health.
