Juliet Namagulu is the Administration officer for the Uganda Public Health Fellowship program. She has worked extensively in areas of office management, human resource management, financial management, grants administration duties, project management and general management of capacity building programs for children, HIV and the marginalized. Juliet holds a MMS HRM from Uganda Management Institute and BA (Arts) from Makerere University.
